Cindy Kaiser
Cindy Kaiser has been a proud member of the Redlands Unified School District community for more than 30 years. She earned her bachelor’s degree in liberal studies/psychology from Cal State San Bernardino and her master’s degree in educational counseling and PPS Credential from the University of Redlands.
Throughout her career, Cindy has had the opportunity to serve students and families at many schools throughout RUSD and across every grade level—as both a teacher and counselor. She has worked at the elementary, middle, and high school levels, giving her a unique understanding of the educational journey from kindergarten through graduation.
Cindy is excited to return to elementary counseling and serve the students and families at Crafton and Mariposa Elementary Schools. She is passionate about building meaningful connections, supporting students and families, and helping every student feel confident, supported, and connected at school.
Cindy feels fortunate to have spent more than three decades serving the Redlands community and looks forward to continuing to make a positive difference in the lives of students and families.
